[Oude Outdoor] Limited Warranty Statement
At Foshan Oude Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our engineering and manufacturing. We provide the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of our aluminum pergola and shading systems.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
Structural Framework (Aluminum Profiles): 10 Years We warrant that the aluminum frame will be free from material defects, structural failure, and significant deformation under normal use.
Powder Coating Finish: 5 Years We warrant against peeling, cracking, or blistering of the powder coating finish under normal weather conditions.
Electronics (Motors, Sensors, LED Lights): 2 Years We warrant motors and electrical components to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
2. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions) This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Force Majeure: Acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes (exceeding the product’s wind rating), tornadoes, floods, lightning, or earthquakes.
Improper Installation: Failure to follow the Foshan Oude Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. official installation manual or wiring diagrams.
Misuse or Negligence: Unauthorized modifications, overloading the roof (beyond snow load rating), or lack of regular maintenance.
Environmental Factors: Normal wear and tear, fading over time, or corrosion due to installation within 500 meters of a coastline (unless marine-grade finish was specified).
3. Claim Process To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must:
Provide the original Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
Submit the claim to our support team at [Your Contact Email] within 30 days of noticing the defect.
4. Remedy Foshan Oude Outdoor Products Co., Ltd.’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, the defective component. Shipping costs for replacement parts may apply depending on the order terms (FOB/CIF).
